Jobs Description

• Tempur-Pedic team lead’s primary responsibility is to provide excellence in customer service while selling and marketing Tempur-Pedic products. In addition, this individual will serve as a member of management when the store manger is not available. This could include opening and/ or closing the store as well as covering the managers duties.

• Hourly rate: $17.00 Plus commission (average total compensation ranges  from $55,000 to $60,000)
