The Body Lab: Pilates + Lagree Fitness

The Body Lab Pilates+ specializes in Lagree Fitness. The 50-minute, intense total-body workout, done on the patented MegaFormer, uses slow and controlled movements with constant tension to work your slow-twitch muscle fibers to failure. Participants burn an average of 600 calories per class, and for the next 20-24 hours after class, the metabolism is increased so the body can repair its muscles. The workout is designed for all fitness levels.
